Rejected footage after rougth cut

After my first day of filming I wasn't able to film everything I wanted, due to time issues, and ideas that when watched back didn't fit with the song, and didn't look good, this isnt all the rejected clips but these are the main ones. For instance after asking my teacher and a class mate, they told me that the whole idea of stealing the ball of a kid, didn't really work, or atleast the chase scenes didn't, and after looking over them I have decided they look too commical and this isn't the impression I wanted to create, exactly but rather more an exciting video, and geared tawords, the excitement of the character and the frill of being free from the stress of a job, or everyday life. Their wasn't anything particularly worng with the shots, it was more that it didn't fit with the concept.
