I decided to ask for feedback for my final music video, this is because i wanted to find out, how well I did, and if i listened to my feedback from my rough cut. I also want the feedback, so if I was to carry on with my music video I would be able to improve it with the feedback. The feedback is generilised as many people said the same things.
1. "the continuity of the music video doesn't work" basically after viewing the final cut, we noticed that, many shots, I'm wearing a bag, and in others I'm not, but I don't think this will matter, as the whole concept of the music video it a fast pace, montage of clips and to excite the audience personally I don't think its that noticeable.
2. "variety of shots, pans good scenery"
3. "editing is in sync with the tempo"
4. "smoothe editing, simple not too much editing"
5. " good variety of shots"
6. "No performance, lip, sync"
7."not typical indie band, different"
8. smooth editing"
9.edited well with music
10. Story is more clear"
11. Get a good feeling for the song, exciting"
Personal I loved these comments "Good feeling of the song, it upbeat" witch I was resally happy with as this is what I wanted to convey. Another comment wasn't nessecarily possitive, "not typically indie" this is what I wanted to try and achieve, a different take on a indie song, this was done through the story of my music video.
